We rented a car from 29 april till 4 mai 2013.
Car was cheap but to european standards in poor condition.
Deskpersonnel on airport was friendly.
Being home we checked our creditcard account. We found out that instead of the 1000 dirham caution they put two times 1000,= EURO caution on the card.. One week later this caution is still not annulled.They blame the Maroccan Bank and do nothing. Phonecalls and e-mails kept unanswered. . They do not want to confirm in writing that tey are going to solve anything. It gives us an unreliable feeling.

Hello, please DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH AIRCAR. The company is a mess. We were in Morocco last week, and we rented a car on rentalcars.com, that ended up to be from AirCar. I must say I regret this.

When I got the car in Tangier, I had to pay extra 600 dirhams because i would return the car in Marrakech and the Otmane, in charge of showing me the car was super rude, did not get the spare tire out for conference and told us that was that car, or nothing.

When we had a flat tire on the road, we discovered the spare tire was a mess, and had to buy a brand new tire to continue the trip. Afterwards, we discovered all tires were bad from the inside part and had 2 more flat tires on the way, that would never happened with new and good tires.

People with Aircar are RUDE and don't know how to treat the client. I'm also very disapointed with Rentalcars.com, a site I used to trust.

Again, and very IMPORTANT! Don't rent from AIRCAR, you'll be in danger...

Do not use this car hire firm!! Booked online on a uk comparison site! We had in fact rented a car for 1 day then a bigger car for a further 10. The first car was filthy the vents were broken and the radio didn't work. Marrakech then had a little heat wave and with a 10 week old son we couldn't have a hot car. The second cars vents were full of dust! We turned on the ac to be choked!! They gave us both cars with no petrol and both were unclean. And both cars were not what we ordered!!!
As for deposits.... When I booked BOTH cars (and through 2 different websites) there was NO mention of a deposit. The cars were in my mums name and she was rushed through the paperwork in broken English. She was then charged a deposit of €1,400!!! When we went back the next day to question this they told us she had agreed to it and as honest people we said actually you told us 4000dh to which they denied and said the contract was signed so they wouldn't refund the payment till the car was returned. I paid for the car that was for 1 day and I was over charged by £10 when again queried they said that's not their fault and that's the rate.... The rate I was given was less and I also paid a small holding deposit to guarantee it. Still got no where!! Absolute robbers!! Go with Hertz or someone more reputable because you get much nicer cars and much better service!

The car I was given wasn't in good conditions, the clutch was faulty which slow down the car with the first two gears.
The petrol tank was given to me EMPTY, they told me that I will give the car back with an empty tank, which is very difficult this to happen, therfore they will rip ypu off with this little trick.
Upon my return, after giving the car, it was raining a lot in Marrakech and a guy from the staff Kindly proposed to give me a lift to my hotel, 5 mins away. unfortunately, this wasn't a kind offer as he wanted to charge me 100 Dirham, 4 times more than a normal taxi.
Overall, very poor service, poor quality and conditions of the car.
