Avis Worst after-sales service ever

Worst after-sales service ever.

I bought a gift for my nephew's 5th birthday & when opening the boxe, the main article was broken. I felt very embarrassed & very sorry for the little one.
I called the lady in charge, the next day & she bluntly told me that there was nothing she could do once the articles were out of her store.
While I was trying to find a solution such as to contact the supplier, she accused us of breaking the item.
Non professional at all & very unpleasant....
Will never step in that store again.
