Job vacancy Country Manager W/M Casablanca

Our client is a multinational company specialised in the freight logistics.We are looking for a Debuty Country Manager to be based in Casablanca to develop the local and strategic markets.

Work with management team to implement new or revise current procedures, and process in all operations.

* Analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth.

* Responsible for the daily operations of the company and all its departments.

* Recommend optimal production solutions and equipment needs.

* Suggest and contribute of employment, deployment and training of staff.

* Actively participate on entertaining our customers at units by preparing activities and events

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as country manager or business area manager

* Bi-lingual in English/French and intermediated level of Spanish.

* Strong interpersonal and management skills, strong attention to objectives.

* Competent in handling sensitive and confidential information.
